No secure parking, be prepared for your vehicle to be broken into. Nice hotel, clean, good location and good breakfast, but no crime prevention in place. My truck was broken into overnight and staff was indifferent. Apparently this is a common occurrence in this area, yet this particular hotel has decided not to install cameras. Camera systems are relatively cheap so they must just not care enough to try and protect their customers' possessions.

I had never heard of home2 before, but our stay was wonderful. The hotel is located in the NW of San Antonio close to all the shopping anf recreation in that area of town. We had a nice suite, small kitchen area, refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable. Our room was clean and the bathroom was well appointed with a shower, Which I like better than a tub. Staff was informative, helpful and very attentive. My only small negative is it has Pre-made breakfast sandwiches. While this is better than typical continental breakfast, I do prefer sausage and eggs. Home2 seems to be a new offering with the Hilton chain and I would highly recommend it. Post script, my wife left her iPad in the sheets Maya called within 30 minutes and we were able to easily retrieve it. Can't thank her and the staff enough.

The room is fine. But if you want quiet don't stay on the top floor. You can hear the A/C units on the roof. It is very very loud. It also didn't help that our "POS" neighbors partied all night - non-stop extremely loud music. I called the front desk... the music is still going, that was an hour ago! Disappointed!

The best of the best. My family had no problem finding a parking spot and checking in. We also got checked in a few hours earlier. The employees at the front desk were also nice. Also, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was also delicious. It is also near some malls, stores, and also Six Flags. So if you get bored, you can go on shopping sprees, or ride the Superman ride at Six flags. I would definitely come here again.

The people at the front desk are extremely rude, I couldn’t even get checked in. My work booked this hotel for me, and when I arrived I was told I needed to put my card on file(along with putting down a ‘deposit’). I’m sorry what? I travel all the time for work, never had this happen. I told them the card is already there, as you have to have one TO BOOK THE RESERVATION. The manager came out and said “she’s been working in hotels for 25 years, they always do this” HAHA okay lady. We ended up going up the street to the alofts (check in was SO much smoother and they didn’t require this “deposit” or “credit card down” when it was already booked 😂 lose the attitude ladies, you work in hospitality, so act like it. The alofts were AMAZING and they were so kind.

Fantastic rate for the room and amenities. Rooms are cleaned every 4 days, but you can always ask for more towels in-between. Be ware car break in is common, so don't leave anything in the car, or purchase full insurance if you are renting a car.

Excellent Hotel. The location is perfect. The hotel is located within minutes of several restaurants and stores.Check in was quick and seamless. The room was clean, and stocked with the essentials. This hotel has a FULL breakfast, there are options for everyone here. One of the highlights for me was Ms.Anita I come from a customer service background, and customer service just doesn't come like Ms. Anita anymore. Anita thank you for providing excellent service and for an exceptional experience.

Safe clean hotel near Six-flags Fiesta TX. Convenient if it wasn’t for the construction. Don’t leave on the frontage road route; traffic is heavy and takes forever to merge onto road. Turn into the main road La Cantera Pkwy.
